Functional requirements

  • Workforce Performance Report updated. Now a report and not a Web table view.  There is a Master Admin / Manage users / Activity table - showing mobile user details and when last the device connected to the server. 
  • Introduces sync rules based on locations of mobile users and farmers. This is to optimise the user experience by limiting the number of farmer records synced to each device. It can be set at any level (eg. Region, County, Sub-county etc) - meaning mobile users can see all farmers in the same location as they are.
  • Changed the locations from District to Sub-county and Division to Ward. 
  • Log in will be forced after 5 minutes of inactivity on the mobile app.
  •  Price management changed to Variety. Previously the price was determined on the crop and not variety. Moving the management of prices to Variety level makes the solution more flexible. 
  • Quality Control (QC) fields are now more configurable - allowing each client instance to be configured per client requirements - or even leave these screens out to make a Receipt flow quicker. 

Non-functional requirements

  • Some registration fields or menu items not applicable to a specific client can now be hidden based on the app name in the configuration per client. For example "number of trees" for a vegetable farmers.

Mobile user Activity: 

This is a menu item of the Master Admin under Management Functions / Users. Here you can see when last a mobile user connected to the server. This valuable when trouble shooting an issue with the mobile user and monitoring who is actively using the CFA Seasonal application.
