Functional requirements

"Date sent" field added to Bulk SMS logs
Master Admin can now set up Service Point Types and service points, eg. Type = Agrovet Shops and Service Point = Mike's Agrovet Shop.
Bank Branch field was added on the farmer registration profile. This is needed in future to pay farmers via CSV file for a Bank transfer.
Today's Deliveries farmer view - additional button for the Milk Grader to "Request a Return" for a specific delivery and add a reason for rejection (eg. duplicate delivery created / wrong weight / wrong member number). This will go to a specific web table for the Finance or General Manager to review and return or reject the return ( FM & GM view this feature under Main Menu / Delivery Management).
Delivery Return capability is now available to the General Manager also. Similar to Finance Manager.

Prevent unnecessary logs syncing to the mobile app to minimise the data syncing up and down and speed up the user experience.
Sync Rules implementation to remove unnecessary data from the mobile app. This will run every evening at Midnight EAT.
