Functional requirements

  • New container update. The CFA Seasonal container version was 4.12.3 and this deployment is to update the container to 4.18.0. See "Additional Information" for detailed steps to follow.  
  • Add BC and Branch columns for Buyers.
  • Branch name column added to Paused Payments table and Senior Manager access to the Pause Payments screen.

Non-functional requirements

  • Sync rules ("de-sync" rules) applied to remove access receipts and other logged/saved data from the mobile app to clear data and improve the speed of the app and improve the user experience on entry level smart phones. This scheduled function will run every evening and all synced data will be removed from the devices.
  • Process financial events scheduled function logging & validation - log incomplete receipts separately in order to allow the function to continue with the payments for complete receipts.
  • Blue tooth scale back end application APK link can be downloaded with the CFA Seasonal container via the 3 steps in the SMS link. (optional for users of the blue tooth scale manufactured by Crane Scales) 
  • Update number data types used in the web application to comply with new Helium updates.

Additional Information

Once the mobile user opens the application this screen on the right will appear. 

  1. Click on "Update now" and wait for the SMS. 
  2. Click on the link in the SMS - on the screenshot to the right.
  3. You will be directed to "Step 1 , 2 & 3" screen. Click on Step 1 and wait for the 4.18.0 container to download. Once done - DRAG DOWN with your finger and click on the file to install it on your phone. 
  4. Follow the steps to install the CFA Seasonal container. You will see the screenshot on the right below #4. 
  5. NOW GO BACK TO THE STEP 1 , 2 & 3 SCREEN. Click on Step 3. Wait for the app to enrol with your personal detail. 
  6. PLEASE WAIT 2 minutes before you log in again with your normal password. 
  7. If your business in using the Crane Scales Blue Tooth scale you must download the Blue tooth application also - Step 2 in screenshot #3. (please confirm with your Master Admin if this is needed.)

If you get stuck on any of the points 4-6, go back to #3 "Step 1 , 2 & 3" screen and click on Step 3 again.
