Functional requirements

Web users can register a farmer on the web and logs populate correctly.
Bulk SMS to active farmers only. An Active farmer is a farmer who has 1 or more milk deliveries in the last 14 days. This check will run at 23:00 every night. There is an extra column on the Bulk SMS farmer table indicating the Active = Yes/No.

Non-functional requirements

Added specific indexing to improve and speed up farmer search when doing a delivery.
