Functional requirements

  • Shorten the milk delivery flow to 2 screens to capture the most basic delivery information in as quick a way possible to the Milk Graders.
  • Log in screen for mobile users with a password. (see additional info)
  • Change the location names to County / Sub-county / Ward / Village
  • Master Admin and Finance Manager's "View Delivery" is now split into the most recent 40 day's deliveries and the new "Historic Deliveries" to show the rest.
  • SMS counter now show delivery SMS separate. Previously it was included in the General count. 

Non-functional requirements

  • Optimised the farmer search process to make this search faster for clients with a larger farmer database. 
  • 1 click test SMS feature to test new deployment SMS config set up. 

 

Additional Information

Log in screen:

The users will get the 1st default screen to log in with a default password and then create their own password. There is a "password recovery" button that will give the user a tip if he/she forgets the password. 

Delivery flow: 

The create delivery screen on the mobile has the farmer details and then the user must enter the weight. The MCC and session must be entered at the beginning of a session and then for all deliveries it will use the same details, until the Milk Grader changes either the MCC or the session again.

NB! Please remember to change the milking session when the time of day and delivery session changes - this session 1/2/3 is used to inform the farmer delivery SMS.Â
