Functional requirements

Stores Transaction Report: Part of Reports - this report can be downloaded for any start and end date to show all transactions for this shop (service point)
Advance Summary View: The Finance Manager can view a web table with all advance transactions to farmers for the period selected.
Farmer Statement Report: Part of Reports that can be downloaded. This report is per farmer per payment period.
Transporter Cost Summary: This web table is available to the Finance Manager under Payments. It show a summary of total milk transported and the cost (income for the transporter). The calculation is done for all milk collected at milk collection centres linked to this route.
Stock Count edit: The Finance & General Manager can now edit the stock balance for a specific product at a specific service point - based on the actual stock take records. (see screenshot #2 below) It might happen that there is a stock difference between the DMS system stock balance and the physical stock count balance. This "Edit" button can be used to correct this value. This edit record will be saved in the stock transactions logs.
Deliveries Dashboard: Finance and General Managers can view this dashboard with a summary of milk deliveries for the specified dates. There is a button to view the deliveries per MCC. This gives and overview to management. (#3 below)
