Functional requirements

• BC list on the mobile Buying Center config now sorts A-Z. Please note the Search at the top where you can enter the first 3 letters to search.

Non-functional requirements

• CSV Upload for the System Admin user to upload a farmer database for a new client as part of the go-live phase. (only when the data base is up to date with accurate info will this upload be done as a replacement for normal farmer registration via mobile app)
• Scheduled Functions bug fixes and improvements
• Pause Payments - fix the receipt counter and add a mock payments feature to reduce unused Scheduled Functions failures. 
• Validation on receipt quantity improved.
• Bulk SMS opt out scheduled function improvements to skip any record not found and send out the rest.
