Introduced the USER_APP_ROLE_ID parameter for Legacy (Jasper) reports.  This parameter represents the ID of the persistent object instance associated with the user viewing the report.  This argument will be passed to the Jasper reports generator when users are viewing reports through the web application as well as for email messages containing jasper reports that are sent to user object instances.  The argument will not be passed when Jasper attachments are sent directly to email addresses instead of to user objects.

@Restrict selectors are now enforced when users search for Jasper report parameter values in Helium web applications.
