Functional Requirements

• HE-7346: Feature Request: Dev Tool Output Changes

  • Verbose toggle added to the dev client which minimises the output of the 'build' command. See: Using the HeliumDev Client and Deploying Apps#VerboseMode

  • Verbose and Debug arguments added to the 'build' command of the "No UI" dev client. See: Using the "No UI" Dev Client#BuildCommand

• HE-7329: Make opening of new browser tab optional when using run in the dev client

  • A boolean globalVariable sets whether a browser window should open or not when using 'run' in the Dev Client. See: Using the HeliumDev Client and Deploying Apps#DeployingaSnapshotApp

Maintenance & Improvements

• HE-6183: Evaluate / revive the generate command in HeliumDev

  • Improved the generate feature of the dev client. See: Helium DevClient Generate Feature

• HE-7480: Add support for custom header in the DSL Outbound API

  • In addition to the current outbound API functionality it is now also possible to specify any headers that should be part of the request. Documentation provided here.

• HE-7288: Provide a UI for Helium users to manage outbound API credentials for apps

  • In addition to having an API for managing basic auth credentials for outbound API calls, an easy to use UI is now also provided. Documentation provided here.

• HE-7273: Support monitoring for outbound API failure rate in Helium

  • Helium provides heartbeat monitoring for outbound API through failure rate metrics. These results available through Helium's standard heartbeat API resources.

• HE-7577: Update the Vodacom driver with new gateway

  • The outbound Vodacom SMS driver in Helium will now integrate with a new gateway that promises improved performance and reliability.

• HE-7299: Various implementation improvements to Outbound API

Bug Fixes

• HE-7177: Filebrowser widget inconsistent table heading title

• HE-7551: Exception when calling jsonGet on json body argument from inbound API

• HE-7546: Conversion issue for jsonarray to json[] in some edge cases

• HE-7549: Helium Dev Client 1.28 : The generate CRUD code function encountered the following exception: null

  • Not setting a mobileNumber in the Dev Client would cause an error when using any 'generate' feature. This has been fixed and a mobileNumber is not necessary.

• HE-7565: 2 second timeout on DSL outbound API calls is too short

  • Temporarily increased the timeouts for DSL Outbound API calls until HE-7567 can be implemented
