Web:

1. Adds Initial Asset Current Replacement Cost field to the Financial Accounting Data table
   Immovables → Financial Accounting Data (not ready)
   Settings → System Configuration → CSV Uploads → Immovables → Financial Accounting Data
   Immovables → Asset Register
2. Adds General Comment field to Immovable Asset CSV template
   Settings → System Configuration → CSV Uploads → Immovables → Immovable Assets
3. Updates CRC calculation
   Immovables → Asset Register
   
   1. If policy unit rate = null or 0, CRC = Initial Asset Current Replacement Cost (from Financial Accounting Data)
   2. Uses static Size and Extent instead of Measured Size and Measured Extent
4. Adds static Size and Extent fields to Immovable Asset Register and CSV template
   Renames calculated Size and Extent to Measured Size and Measured Extent
   Immovables → Asset Register
   Settings → System Configuration → CSV Uploads → Immovables → Immovable Assets

Mobile:

1. Replaces measurement fields with static Size and Extent on asset details screen (ready)
   Immovables → Select Team → View Facility → View Asset
