1.Can you please investigate the comment on eLabs is "Unsuitable Hemolyzed" but on hard copy it says it require "PPT" on TrakCare?We save the Rejection reason as we receive it from the Requisition Integration Push records from TrakCare. Which means that the printed and integration records are not aligned. 
2. Can you please investigate the rejection and authorised dates seems to be wrong on the Viral Load Result Summary Dashboard. Both the "Reviewed Date" and Authorised Date" was received in a strange format from Disa. We save the "Reviewed Date" and Authorised Date" as we receive it from Disa.
