1. | I am receiving the following screen(that I need to set a password) when switching on my device. I used the default password 0000, but is still not working. Please assist. | This issue needs to be escalated to VSDM, as VSDM needs to deactivate the Policy that asks for new passcodes. 2. | Please assist as the device reseted automatically and needs to be setup again. See screenshot attached. | This happens when users ignore the warning message (as per screenshot) and continued to try and set their password. The device needs to be setup again with the eLABS application and launcher. 3. | Please assist as I am receiving the message that my date and time is incorrect. I am unable to correct my date and time in settings as the device is in launcher mode. See screenshots attached. |

4 | We have two devices at the facility, on the one device we have created a batch but on the other device the batch is not appearing. We have synchronise the device and checked that mobile data is enabled. | Please ensure that Wi-Fi is also not enabled on the device. | ||||||
