Functional Requirements

  • A new inbound / outbound messaging driver that enables WhatsApp messaging through Twilio.
  • Note that in addition to the normal configurations required for inbound and outbound messaging, outbound message templates also need to be configured and approved on the Twilio portal. All configuration requests can be directed to DevOps through the standard Jira support request process.

  • A new driver that facilitates payments in multiple countries including Ghana and Tanzania. This driver implements integrates with B2B, B2C and C2B single stage APIs for payments through Vodafone.
