Functional Requirements

• HE-8374 Merge and deploy Helium 1 code for the new Google Maps API
• HE-8040 WhatsApp integration in Helium 1.x
  
  • A new inbound / outbound messaging driver that enables WhatsApp messaging through Twilio.
  • Note that in addition to the normal configurations required for inbound and outbound messaging, outbound message templates also need to be configured and approved on the Twilio portal. All configuration requests can be directed to DevOps through the standard Jira support request process.
• HE-8213 Helium Vodafone m-pesa Driver
  • A new driver that facilitates payments in multiple countries including Ghana and Tanzania. This driver integrates with B2B, B2C and C2B single stage APIs for payments through Vodafone.

Bug Fixes

• HE-8400 "Missing DSL config for payments exception" cannot be caught with DSL try catch
• HE-8394 Connection leak exposed when attempting to handle SQLException in try statement
• HE-8303 Possible challenge with retrieving json from SQL for API return
