If devices were lost after the recent initiative to replace lost or stolen devices that was supported by National these will have to be resolved through internal asset management process. Department's contact for editing or delete facility details

Unfortunately Mezzanine are not authorised to edit/ delete facilities on SVS. This includes adding and removing Stock items to facility lists. Forward your request to your District Pharmacy Manager and he or she will escalate it to NDoH who is the only person to handle requests like these. They have access to the web portal and can manage facilities from there.


Information on who needs to add new users on the system and assign stock to facilities

Mezzanine are not authorised to add new users and assign stock to facilities.All such request needs to be forward to you District Pharmacy Manager/Provincial Depot Manager.

SVS Web-User Upload Process

The district and sub-district pharmacist should work with their provincial champions to add/remove users in the system.

National only works with provincial champions and national users to add/remove users in the system. 

The confidentiality form needs to be completed and uploaded to the system at all times.

Device replacement procedure/sim card related issues

This is an internal process that needs to be followed. Device replacement and sim card related issues needs to be escalated to provincial or district champions. 

Provincial and District Champions will escalate unresolved matters from Vodacom and Mezzanine to NDoH.
