How to gain access to SAMS

  1. Request a System Administrator to add you as a user by providing the following info:

    1. First name

    2. Last name

    3. Cell phone number

      1. Cell phone number should always be entered in International Format, i.e. starting with country code. For example, 27 82 123 4567

    4. E-mail address

  2. Once the system administrator has added you as a user you should receive an e-mail and can follow the following steps:

    1. Click on the link in the e-mail or open the following link in your browser https://helium.mezzanineware.com and your browser will open with the following screen:

    2. Click on Register an account.  The following screen will appear:

    3. Enter your cell phone number and select "Sign up"

    4. A one-time-pin will be sent to the mobile number entered.

    5. Enter the one-time-pin and complete the Sign up.

    6. You will be prompted to enter and save a password.

    7. This password must be used to sign in to SAMS at https://helium.mezzanineware.com.

How to access the SAMS Web Portal

  1. Copy and paste https://helium.mezzanineware.com in your internet browser

  2. Enter your Mobile number and Password and click on "Sign in".

  3. After signing in a screen will appear with all SAMS instances which you are linked to:

How to gain access to the SAMS Mobile Application

  1. Firstly, install the App on your mobile device.

Apple deviceAndroid device
  1. JourneyApps Container needs to be downloaded from the Apple App store.

  2. Go to App Store on your Apple device and search "JourneyApps Container".

  3. Select "Install".
  1. Ensure the mobile device has the latest version of the Android System WebView to operate correctly.

    1. Open the Play Store application on your mobile device.

    2. Click on your user profile and select Manage apps & device

    3. Select the Manage tab, then select the Updates available tab, scroll to Android System WebView, select the app and click the update icon.

      1. System Administrators with access to the SAMS Web Portal can add users and send Mobile App Enrolment text messages from the Web Portal as follow:
        1. Login on Web Portal → More → Settings → Users → Mobile Users → Enrollment → SMS APK.
      2. Following the link will take you to the Get Started with Mezzanine SAMS Web Page:

2. Secondly, open the SAMS App on your mobile device.

Apple device
  1. Sign in to SAMS Web Portal

  2. After selecting the SAMS Instance you would like to access, the following screen appears:

  3. Click on "More" → "Settings" → "Users". The following screen will appear:

  4. The following screen will appear with all users who have access to the specific SAMS Instance:Image Modified

  5. Click on "Mobile Users" and the following screen will appear containing all users who have access to the SAMS Mobile Application:Image Modified

  6. Next to your name you will find your Enrolment URL.  Your Enrolment URL needs to be opened in the browser of your mobile device. Tip: if you have emails on your mobile phone, email the URL to yourself.

  
  1.   You can also open the Enrolment Barcode in your web browser and scan the QR code using your phone's camera.Image Modified

  2. Open your Enrolment URL in the internet browser on your mobile device.

  3. SAMS Mobile App will automatically open and the following will appear on your mobile device:

  4. The duration of download may differ between SAMS Instances, depending on the amount of data on the SAMS instance.

Android device
  1. The mobile application can be opened by using the link received by text message or by scanning the QR code.

    1. Using text message link

      1. System Administrators with access to the SAMS Web Portal can add users and send Mobile App Enrolment text messages from the Web Portal as follow:

        1. Login on Web Portal → More → Settings → Users > Mobile Users → Enrollment → SMS APK.

      2. Open the SAMS Mobile App from the link received per text message

        1. Following the link will take you to the Get Started with Mezzanine SAMS Web Page:

        2. Select Enroll Device

    2. Using QR code 

      1. Click on the Application on your device and Sign in by scanning the QR code provided from the user profile on SAMS Web Portal.

        1. How do you obtain the QR Code?

          1. Login to SAMS Web Portal

          2. Follow these steps: More → Settings → Users → Mobile Users.

          3. Next to your name highlight your Enrolment Barcode.  Your Enrolment Barcode needs to be opened on a computer.

          4. On your mouse, right click on the highlighted Enrolment Barcode and select "Go to https://qrcodes.journeyapps.com/qrcode?d=https%3A...".Image Modified

          5. Your QR Code will open on a new tab in your internet browser.

          6. Open your SAMS Mobile Application on your mobile device and click on "QR code".

          7. On your mobile device, scan your QR Code which appears on your computer.

How to select a module on the SAMS Mobile Application

  1. After enrolling on the mobile application select "Login".  The following screen will appear:
